Your First Two Signups (FanDuel + DraftKings)

We start with FanDuel and DraftKings because they are the two biggest sportsbooks in the country. Click Sign up, open the account on the sportsbook's site with the same documents you would use for a bank account, deposit, then come back and record how much you deposited. With two books funded, your first hedge appears on the Hedges tab.

FanDuel

On the Signups tab, find the FanDuel card and click Sign up 1.

We open your state's FanDuel page. Fill out all your information and create your account. You are going to need all of the documents you would need to open a new bank account: they need your ID, they need to prove you are who you say you are, phone number, email, all of that.

After you finish signing up, deposit money.

Then come back to Ungambled and record how much you deposited 1. Let's say you did $2,000.

That is one sportsbook down. You need to open one more before you are ready to start using the app.

DraftKings

Back on the Bonuses tab, still on Signups, now we do DraftKings. Same deal: open your account, deposit money, come back to the app.

At the time of recording, DraftKings was running a promotion that requires a $5,000 deposit, so that is what we recommended. Offers like this change constantly, so use whatever the card in the app shows you today.

Your first hedge appears

Now that you have signed up for two sportsbooks, we can place your very first hedge. On the Hedges tab, we have called it Your First Hedge. Very on the nose.
